I went through a divorce about 2 years ago after a 25 year marriage. Went to Playa Del Carmen, Mexico to live, scuba dive. Just returned. I’m retired, and I am an artist who would like to resume my art. I like to dance (used to teach “ballroom” dancing), ski, ride bikes, and I prefer a minimalist lifestyle.
I am a very young and healthy 70 year old man. I don’t feel that my age is in any way a negative thing in regard to the roommate/housemate issue
Starting my life up again after my divorce has been challenging for me; the divorce did a number on my finances, of course. I’ve decided that, at this time, having a car with all the expense that entails doesn’t fit into my budget so I’m going to get an ebike and use that for my main form of transportation, using ride sharing when the weather or other situations dictate.
My story is one of recreating a life from the ground up.
I am quiet and extremely responsible and respectful. I hope to get a dog as a companion, but, at this time, I don’t have a pet.
