I would prefer a quiet, working professional, non-smoking female tenant if possible. My fiancé lives here off and on with me so I don’t want the place to get more crowded. I hope you’re ok with my being on work calls now and then at night. Mostly it’s a quiet home. We don't smoke and we take our shoes off outside.

I have a yr old cat who is friendly to people but does not like other animals. She is losing her hearing and tends to yell a lot. Eventually there will be a pool and gym in the neighborhood. It’s not built yet though and I don’t have eta on it yet. Everything around me is under construction or just built.

I intend to replace that ottoman with a dresser at some point soon.
