Hi, we are looking for 1 or 2 people to sign on to a lease beginning October 1. The apartment is a 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom located in Tribeca .
The building is a doorman building with washers and dryers on every floor. There are 2 rooftops and a rooftop basketball court.
There is also an Equinox on the ground floor that tenants get for half price.
We are currently 2 guys in our mid 20’s ideally looking for a guy in their mid 20s. The building has yet to confirm the official renewal price with us, but one room will most likely pay $2,500 and the room with a private bathroom will pay around $2,800. PM me if you are interested.
