Hi! I’m looking to pair up with a female roomie to house hunt in Denver together. Move in date flexible but around February 1st.

A bit about what I’m looking for: 2 bedroom house, 2 bath preferred (1 shared ok), in unit laundry/dryer, backyard space. My budget is 1,500 max preferably less.

A bit about me: I’m 26 years old and from California moving for my first nursing job in pediatrics (yay!). I love the outdoors and activities including hiking, yoga, rock climbing, paddle boarding, etc. Love bass music and a variety of live music, especially excited to go to Red Rocks. I’d say I’m spiritually oriented in a witchy type of way and seek a home that aligns with this or at least have my practices be respected. I also love arts and crafts and cooking/baking. My gray cat Sebastian is a hypoallergenic Siberian breed and he is very sweet! Prefer no dogs but am definitely open to discussion :) Other cats are fine too. Sebastian has been able to move into various new environments with other pets including dogs and done great. I like to keep things clean and organized but a little lived-in doesn’t bother me. I value direct communication and want to find someone where we feel safe resolving conflict together! Hoping to find a roommate that shares some common interests with openness to developing a friendship. My personal space and independence are important to me and want my future roommate and I to support each other’s individuality <3
