I bought this townhouse a few years ago and have been absolutely loving it. It’s the perfect space for two people, cozy, homey, and in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. I’m right on the beltway and 249, perfect for if you work anywhere in NW Houston. Comes with parking, washer/dryer, dishwasher, private patio, community pool access, and more. $850/mo (includes all utilities). I have two dogs and a cat — my dogs love every person they meet and my cat stays in my room. I do keep everything cleaned at least on a weekly basis but I am by no means a perfectionist. The room can come furnished or we can work out whatever you’d like to bring and I can get rid of whatever you don’t need.
