We have a spare 11x15 room with a closet. It is unfurnished, if you need furniture let us know! I'm sure we can figure that out.

The kitchen is large and so is the laundry room.

We have a friendly indoor/outdoor cat and a very small, outside dog. Unfortunately were not open to a roommate who has pets.

We’re looking for female roommates only and expect good judgment when having guests over, as we strive to be a safe place for my daughter, any kiddos I babysit and your kids (if you’ve got any).

We have fully stocked kitchen if you like to cook/bake, feel free to use it as long as you clean up after yourself.

The bathroom is shared with our tidy 16 year old daughter, but there is plenty of storage and she uses the vanity in her room, so her mess is in her room. Please be advised cleaning up after the bathroom is a shared responsibility w our daughter.

We also have a hot tub and pool, feel free to swim!

Smoking is permitted but only outside, we have 2 covered porches with seating to use.
