Boyfriend (Paul-30) and I live at SOMA Square Apartments and are looking for a new roommate starting asap.
Room is unfurnished.

We have a 2 bed 2 bath and are looking for one person to take over the "top" bedroom/bathroom in the floorplan image attached. Shared kitchen and living space. We have two small dog Rugrats that enjoy romping in the living room.

Must love dogs to be a good fit for us.

I work from home in the mornings and then go to my physical office in the afternoon. Boyfriend is in law school and spends about 75% of his time at home and 25% on campus. We like to have people over on weekends to play boardgames, but aren't big partiers and wouldn't want a lot of people over all the time.
Rent is $1,500/month plus utilities that average an extra $150 per person (yes, it's a lot but that's just how the complex does it)
The complex feels quite safe and is "gated" with a big courtyard inside. There's a small gym, pool and hot tub.

Our lease term is up for renewal in Feb or March so the rent will go up a little then. I'd estimate $50 per person per month. Parking in the garage is ~$300/month. Message with any questions!
