Lauren S - $1,000/month

Hello! My name is Lauren, and I'm currently 21, but I'll be 22 when I move to Houston around June 1. I will be a research affiliate at either UH or Rice, I won't know which until I spend a couple weeks in my program. Currently I'm a senior at my university up here in MA, but I plan to graduate in May 2026 and move to Houston. I will be working a typical 9-5 as a research affiliate, and I also like to spend extra time working out and being outside. Typically my ideal weekend is hanging out and relaxing, but I can be convinced for the occasional night out. I'm very organized and clean, but as long as you communicate about everything, I'm not uptight about anything. Also, I'm a (very) early bird, but I'm quiet :). Finally, I don't really drink but I don't mind being around it/ other (legal) extracurriculars at all. I clearly love my routines, but I truly don't care what you do, as long as you're safe, and we can communicate!
