I’m 25, originally from Westchester County NY, and work in sales/finance based out of Tribeca. I’m a huge foodie, and am HUGE fan of fun speakeasies and cafes. Music is also a passion of mine - I play 3 instruments- and so I love to find smaller concerts to enjoy around the city. On top of that, I absolutely love enjoying the gorgeous views and parks (our apartment is equidistant to the water on both sides of Manhattan, so absolutely love taking long walks there.)

I'm looking for a female roommate to join me in my spacious 2 bed 1 bath apartment in Financial District starting August! My roommate of two years is moving in with her fiancé, but I’m trying so hard to stay in this apartment because I love it so much!
Located in Financial District on Beaver St, and SUPER accessible to the rest of the city- 4/5/1/2/3/R/W ~ 5 min, A/C/E/Path ~10 min walk. Easy access to ferries (Staten Island as well as the local ferries). It's also right around the corner from the famous Battery Park and Stone St.
Rent is $2175 each a month (though willing to pay more if price is an issue) and I'm looking for someone who would sign onto a year long lease (August 2024). Will need to provide proof of income to building management or have a guarantor.
Quick stats:
-Incredible access to most train lines in the city
-Whole Foods and many local grocery stores in the area
