I have a furnished bedroom I would like to fill with a tenant. The room contains a queen size bed, desk, dresser, and a 46” LED Samsung TV. There is a hallway bathroom you’ll share with another roommate. Street parking in front of the house is available. The house is roughly 2000 SQ/FT and has an open floor plan in the common areas. I have all stainless steel appliances, including a functioning washer/dryer. I do not have cable/satellite, but I do have Fiber Optic Internet with AT&T.
Bit about me: I work from the house, so I am here 90% of the day. I’m social and like to host small get togethers occasionally. Casual drinker. I try to go fishing 2-3 times a week. I’m pretty picky about keeping the house clean. I have a 7 year old Doberman named Konrad and a 2 year old cat named Max. Konrad does not get along with other male dogs his size or larger. He becomes territorial and expresses his dominance accordingly. Despite that he gets along with smaller male/female dogs and cats. He's super friendly and thrives off attention and playing fetch. You’ll get annoyed by how clingy he is. Max sleeps all day and runs the streets like a gangster at night.
What I expect from you:
- IF YOU ARE MESSY AND YOU KNOW YOU ARE MESSY PLEASE DON’T BOTHER INQUIRING.
- Help out with chores.
- Clean up after yourself. I am not your mother.
- Maintain your personal hygiene, please!
- Don’t break or steal my stuff.
- Socialize with me and the other roommate.
- Pay rent on time.
