Hi I'm a media personality. I just moved here from Los Angeles. The place will be fully furnished except your room. I do have an air mattress that you can use. It's completely private, you have a door that separates you from the apartment. washer and dryer in unit. $1000 (flexible) will cover rent and utilities. I'm home most of the time during the day doing Zoom interviews and meetings. My dog Ginger is a 6lb all white Pomeranian. She's very friendly and loves humans. I'm looking for a roommate that's employed, clean, responsible, reliable and respectful.
