Hi, I am 30 year old male, looking for 1 roommate to sign minimum one year contract to a walk up apartment with eat in kitchen, living area, 2 bedrooms. Rent is $1200 a month (includes heat). Utilities (water, gas, cable, internet) are usually $100 per month in total. Internet is $50 in total each month. The apartment is 3 min walking distance to 4,5,6 subway and N, Q, R subways on 2nd ave. I am quiet, do take out often, I like to exercise and go out on weekends, have a pretty busy work schedule throughout. Lease is available starting September 1st, evidence of 40x rent is necessary to demonstrate to management company. Deposit is also one month's rent also due by September 1st.
