I'm looking for a roommate interested in living with me in my 2-bedroom 2-bath apartment, as my current roommate is moving back home. The neighborhood is really beautiful, safe, with restaurants, banks, two parks, a library, and metro station in walking distance. From our balcony, you can see the Hollywood sign and the Griffith Observatory. The building offers the cheapest rents in the neighborhood.
The living room and dining room are already furnished, so you only need bedroom furniture. There are no pets allowed unfortunately and utilizes are not included. Please ask if you have any questions!
