For rent is a sunny bedroom with a private bath in a 4-bed 3-bath 2,250 Sq ft remodeled home. Rent includes utilities: gas, water, waste, Internet, washer, dryer and all other miscellaneous expenses. Electric is an extra $75 per month (total $1,000 monthly).

First and last month ($1,850) plus a security deposit of $600. Background and credit check for $40, doesn't go to me, and is paid directly on the website. Common areas (kitchen, dining room, living room) are furnished. I can also furnish the room if needed.

Located just 15 minutes from both downtown St Pete and St Pete beach and Treasure Island, and 25 minutes from Tampa Airport. Long term lease preferred, but I can work out a month-to-month contract.
