I am a Navy Veteran, Retired, widow.

I decided to rent one of my bedrooms in my home in Kissimmee, Florida to a female student or employed woman.

I'm looking for a quiet, non-smoker, non-drinker, and no drugs will be allowed in my home.

No pets or overnight guests.

I have a bedroom with a private hallway bathroom .... and you will have your own refrigerator.

You will have use of the washer and dryer, and all utilities are included in the rent.

I would prefer to rent month to month and if the living situation is working out, we can discuss a longer lease.

This is the first time I have ever rented a room in my home.
