Colette - $700/month

Hi! I've lived around the Decatur area for about the last 6 years and my roommates are both moving across the country, so I'm looking for a new place and roommates! I'd like to stay around Decatur/ Avondale Estates but am open to most of eastern ATL. I'd like to move early October, at the very latest October 9th.

About me: I graduated from Agnes Scott in 2022 and currently work in clinical research in a 9-5 type role, usually in office but remote every once in a while. I have two adorable cats, Starkiller and Cobweb, that are super friendly to people but I'm not sure how well they would do with other pets. I also have quite a bit of furniture from my current apartment, so I'd prefer to sign a lease for an unfurnished place--I may be able to help with any furniture a roommate is missing, or I can get rid of some if needed.

Cooking is one of my favorite things to do, especially cooking for other people, so I'd love to share meals sometimes and have a nice kitchen! I also love having lowkey dinner/ board game parties, going out to local concerts and bars, and crafting while watching tv. I'd like to be friends with my roommates but it's fine if that's not your vibe. I'm pretty laid back about most things and would really just like a clean place with cool people.
