Hi! My name is Carli and I am seeking a person to take over a 1 year lease in my 4 bedroom apartment. If interested, you would be living with me and my fiancé who share the master bedroom and have our own bathroom along with two other female roommates with whom you would be sharing a bathroom with. We all work long hours and have busy schedules, normally leaving around 8am and returning home around 7pm. On the weekends the apartment is usually quite as some roommates travel while others use this time to relax after a hectic week of work. There is currently one roomate with a cat in the apartment as well. We tend to live in a quite and tidy apartment and are all friendly people who like to talk but most of the time keep to ourselves in our rooms. A few of us have lived in this apartment for 6 years so it is for sure home to us and we would love to have a roomate that lives the same type of lifestyle as we do. Seeking a young professional to take over a 1 year lease in a spacious 4 bedroom apartment. We are looking for someone who is well mannered, respectful, and has a reliable job and steady income to share this space with us. The room we are offering is a great size, has a window and a huge closet as well as additional storage available. The bathroom would be shared with 2 other people as one of the rooms has a private bathroom. Our kitchen is huge and closed off and two of the roomates love to cook and are in the kitchen often. We have been living in this apartment for 6 years so we have made it our home, meaning we have many things already that an apartment requires. There is a strict no smoking policy in our apartment. We do currently have a cat but no other pets are welcome due to allergies. we all have long days and busy schedules so coming home to a quite and clean apartment are appreciated. A background check and credit check as well as proof on income will be required before move in. First, last and a security deposit are also required up front to move in.
