Looking for a Roommate! 🏠✨

Hi there! I’m looking for a roommate to share a **2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment** with me and my dog in Long Beach. Here are the details:

**Location:**
1207 Rose Ave., Long Beach. It’s about 10 minutes (by car or bike) to Downtown Long Beach, the beach, and other great spots. There’s also a grocery store within walking distance!

**Rent:**
$1,300 per month, including utilities.

**Move-in Date:**
January 2023.

**About the Room/Home:**
The apartment is 800 sq. ft. with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You’ll have your own private room, closet, bathroom, and parking spot.
The shared living space is furnished with a TV, couch, cooking utensils, pans, and more. Laundry and dryer facilities are in the building.
I have a dog and am currently fostering a husky who’s looking for a new home. If you have pets, I’m open to discussing—personally, I believe the more pets, the merrier! 🐾

**About Me:**
My name is Tama, I’m 29 years old, originally from Japan, and I’ve been living in this apartment for 7 years. I work remotely as an assistant office manager.
I’m going through a separation, and my partner is moving out, so I’m looking for a new roommate to share the space with.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, hiking, camping, watching Netflix and anime, and cooking/baking.

**What I’m Looking for in a Roommate:**
My ideal roommate is organized, respectful, kind, and reasonable.
I love cooking and often prepare meals for more than one person. If you’re interested, we can share homemade dinners—just chip in for the groceries!
