Hey everyone! We’re looking for a third female roommate to live in the East Village/Lower East Side/Williamsburg area. One of the bedrooms is secluded and a little bit bigger than the other two, so we think rent should reflect the difference in size. It’s $3,500/month. There is a broker’s fee of $1,333/person unfortunately, but it’s worth it for the cheap monthly rent and area. Her and I would take the two smaller rooms for $1,125/each and you would pay $1,250. Looking to move in Dec. 1! We’ll be putting in the application tonight so let us know if you’re down. Recently renovated, 2 blocks away from Trader Joe’s and Target!

A little bit about us: 22 and 23 years old. I’m from Jersey, she’s from California. Both like to go out but also chill at times.
