Hey! I just moved to NYC for school and am using private student housing but I'm looking to move into an apartment asap. Being new to the city I'd like to get to know people, but if that's not your thing I'm fine with just leaving you alone and paying up when rent's due. Also, I was in the Army and they're paying me housing money while I'm going to school so if you need someone that can reliably pay, I'm your guy. I'm a little shy but I'm always down for a good time and if you're cool I'll warm up to you in no time and we'll get along just fine.
