Currently working with puppy socialization getting them ready for their K9 training & personal assistance services with yachting clients as needed. I have a small studio office bedroom workspace on the side of my house with a separate entrance and bathroom. I use the kitchen occasionally and have a door into the living room. My sister is an artist and occupies one bedroom and will share a bath with you. She's very quiet and has a small Pomeranian who's very well behaved. We don't have much guests over or entertain. Very quiet. She's either at work or painting kitchen. Seldom used but we keep it clean for everyone. We are located in a no flood zone and near several parks and recreational areas. About the Space:
Private bedroom available in a clean, quiet home located in Hollywood, FL. Rent is $1,050 per month, and all utilities are fully included, along with fast Wi-Fi.
• Furniture Note: The room is currently unfurnished. However, if you need furniture, we can help provide a bed and a dresser for you upon request!
• Kitchen Access: You will have use of a fully equipped kitchen. We just ask that you clean up immediately after use—no dirty dishes, pots, or pans are to be left out.
• Bathroom Access: Full access to a shared bathroom. The bathroom must maintain a high standard of cleanliness for everyone's comfort.
• Amenities Note: Please note that there is no laundry access on-site and no backyard access included with this rental.
• Parking: Includes one dedicated parking space for one car in the swale of the yard.
Our Ideal Roommate:
We are a quiet household of females and are open to a responsible female, gay man, or male roommate. This room is strictly for one person only (no couples).
To ensure our schedules align, we are looking for someone who works outside the home (no remote or work-from-home jobs).
The Dogs & Layout:
We have two dogs in the house: a Pomeranian and a fully trained Dutch Shepherd. For your peace of mind and comfort, the Dutch Shepherd does not have access to your side of the house; only the small Pomeranian is allowed in that area. Because we already have pets, we cannot accommodate any additional animals.
Household Rules & Vetting:
• Guests: To maintain privacy and quiet, overnight guests are limited to one guest for one night only.
• Smoking / 420: Cigarette smoking is strictly outdoors only. Indoor cannabis smoking is permitted only if you hold a valid medical 420 card.
• Safety & Screening: For everyone's peace of mind, we require identity verification, references, and a standard background check prior to moving in.
