I am currently looking for a female to take my place for the remainder of my lease (3 months w/ option to resign in November) The apartment is located on Market & Santa Clara St. in Downtown San Jose. It has 2 bedrooms 1 Bath (1034 sqft.)

The apartment includes:

- Washer and dryer in unit

-Large windows with views of San Pedro Square
-Gym
-Rooftop with fireplace and an amazing view of downtown
-Pool & Hot tub with BBQ
-24-hour security and doorman

This apartment is located in the heart of downtown. Perfect for working professionals or San Jose State students. It’s just a short walk to everything and even has a chipotle downstairs! It is a safe community with electric key entry to building & secured garage.

2 of the 3 roommates are leaving we have a single ($1300) and a shared room ($750)
For the shared room you will be sharing with another female ( Student at SJSU) She is very clean expects the same from her new roommates. Utilities and wifi are split every month ($50 each on average) If you have a car parking in the garage is $150 a month. It is a pet-friendly community for an extra cost as well. You will be taking our place on the lease NOT SUBLEASING. A credit check and proof of income will be required. Security deposit is $200 each.
