Hi all! I have a private room with a skylight for rent in a lovely, spacious three bedroom apartment in Woodside, Queens! You'd be living with myself and another male roommate, both in our late 20s/early 30s. The room has a closet and fits a full-size bed, dresser, etc. It was recently painted a faint light blue color (will post updated pictures in the next couple days). You'd be sharing a bathroom with just myself (my male roommate has an ensuite bathroom to himself). The apartment is about a 3-4 minute walk to the M/R train, Deposit is first months rent + security. (equal to one month's rent, which is $787 a month). Utilities (wifi, gas, electric) are usually $60-80 a month. The ideal roommate would be someone who is respectful, open minded, and down to earth. We're LGBTI+ friendly and looking for someone similarly minded. We would definitely want a roommate who respects boundaries and isn't too party oriented, although we're very chill with occasional overnight guests and having friends over.
