I'm a recent graduate, looking to move downtown to be closer to my work (work in business) and experience the city life. I'm a non-smoker, pretty outgoing, chill, respectful and into sports/fitness. Looking for somewhat around the same age whose similar. Ideally, looking for somewhat to team up with and split rent for a two bedroom/1 bathroom condo or something similar. Budgets around 1100-1400 for my half (everything included). If you already have a place and are just looking for a roommate, I'm open to that as well.
