HUGE clean, furnished master suite in house - all bills paid
Seeking a single, responsible housemate to share an awesome 3/2 house in the SW Houston neighborhood of Westbury, convenient to Rice, Med Center, West U, and Galleria. The *huge* master suite is available. Note that house is kept clean and there have been no visitors inside the house since early March.
With a semi-private entrance, the spacious master suite boasts beautiful wood floors, vaulted ceilings, and bright clerestory windows. The enormous 15x24 room has a private, updated bathroom and its own living/lounge area, plus two closets (one a walk-in with fantastic shelves and closet system). The suite comes equipped with a full-size bed, two dressers, desk and chair, side table, lamps, small fridge, microwave, television, and a full-sized sectional sofa with room to spare! The suite is very private, right off the front door and furthest from the kitchen and den.
The updated midcentury modern home is pet-friendly with a large fenced backyard in a desirable, safe, tree-lined residential neighborhood. With 2100 total square feet, the house has a den, living/dining room, laundry, recently-remodeled kitchen, and ample outdoor space with fenced yard and patio. Off-street parking available. House is also convenient to neighborhood pool as well as bus routes 8, 10, and 47.
Seeking clean, considerate, and reliable housemate of any age. Room is ideal for a professional, student, or commuter. Non-smoking female preferred, but respectful males considered. Must have valid ID and recent paystub.
