Double owner's suite

I have a two owner's suite town home with a room for rent. You also have your own parking space. The rent is 800 a month and half of the utilities and att fiber (extremely fast internet). I am a female open to males on a case by case basis. Must pass a background check, be employed full time or a full time student and have legitimate references. If you work remotely this is not for you. I have a small dog that is hypoallergenic. No other pets allowed. If you are normal and sane contact me via email. We can meet and see if it's a good fit.
