Looking for a subleaser in Ridgewood

Three Roommates looking for a queer-friendly fourth subleaser. The apartment is fully furnished other than the fourth bedroom. All household supplies and utilities are split evenly amongst us. We share a lot of common space items. We are three friends from college who like to watch tv together and make cocktails when our schedules line up.

The bedroom is at the front of the apartment with a small closet and large windows facing the street. The bedroom would most comfortably fit a full mattress and a small desk. There is space in the finished basement for small bin storage. The basement is a bedroom but we split the space for hanging laundry and storage. There is no working laundry in the building. There is a small backyard that is assessable through one of the bedrooms. We are all friendly so it is not a problem to get easy access to it. There are two bathrooms upstairs, one full with a tub and the other a half. We have a full kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and oven. The tv in the common space is open to everyone. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the M and a 12-minute walk from the L .

Currently, none of us work from home. We all work full time ranging from 9-5s or 4-midnights. None of us are super rowdy and we don't often have more than a few friends over to the apartment. We are a 420 inside type of household so if the smell of smoke is an issue this might not be a great fit.
