This is a two bedroom, one bath apartment, literally across the street from Sac State. It takes me about 10 minutes to walk to class.
The rent is $1965 in total, split between us ($982.50 each). Month-to-month. No lease. We pay gas and electricity. Shared bathroom, free parking, private backyard, washer and dryer, good A/C.
