I have a 3 bedroom house. Turned the 2nd bedroom into a home office so that leaves one room available to rent. Currently furnished with Queen bed, matching nightstand and dresser but can take everything out if you rather furnish yourself.
The house is in fair park. 5 min drive from deep ellum and 9 mins from downtown.
Large fenced in backyard, fast internet and very laid back. Prefer someone younger 28-30 max. I’m not a big partier but do have people over on the weekends sometimes. Like every 3 weekends or so.
I’m cool with smokers but no smoking tobacco indoors. Fine with vaping and other.
