My boyfriend and I are looking for a responsible, respectful roommate. We have one bedroom and bathroom for rent in our condo. There are two staircases, one kitchen, laundry room with working washer and dryer included, balcony, and a living room. We are pretty much to ourselves and enjoy playing video games and having a pretty low profile lifestyle. I enjoy art, music, and physical fitness. My boyfriend is a huge gamer and the owner of the condo. I am 33 and he is 30. We are looking for someone who can respect boundaries and the property itself, along with generally being very courteous toward our lifestyle. Condo room/bath for rent in northern tip of Castle Rock
We are a hetero couple in our 30s looking for the right person to become our new roomie. Our condo is very clean, (I clean it monthly and will clean it as needed for maintenance throughout the month), in great condition with working appliances, including a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and oven/stove. We desire a roomie who has a similar lifestyle to ours and can respect us and our lifestyle. We keep to ourselves, are friendly and respectful, but we are not party types by any means. and enjoy time together playing video games, going for walks and hikes, and spending time with our families. We are not opposed to a roommate with a pet, but we cannot have any cats due to my bf being allergic. Small dogs are the best option if you have a pet, due to there not being a backyard here and it's only a two bedroom condo with limited space. (Bigger doggos wouldn't be happy here unless you walk them all the time). We love animals a lot, but for the animal's sake, small animals would be happier here. There's a gym here, pool, clubhouse, mail area, and hot tub. Our community is run by a HOA who takes care of the outdoor areas and community center. We are renting a bedroom and bathroom for 1,000/month, and utilities are included. There is a closet, wall-mounted tv, and big windows in the bedroom we're renting out. My boyfriend is the owner of the condo. *(Disclaimer: I still need to take more thorough photos of the spaces for rent. The photos of the bedroom for rent will have current roommate's furniture and belongings. The bedroom will not come fully furnished and you will need to bring your own belongings upon move-in.)
