I have a room and a private bathroom for rent in Midtown Phoenix. $1,100 per month includes High-Speed Internet and all utilities. There is parking on the street. The room contains a queen bed, nightstand, lamps, Smart TV, Desk and chair, Armchair and table.

There is a pool and multiple patio areas to enjoy. I live in the Willo Historic District. It's a great neighborhood; it is safe and friendly. People are always out and about. We have a rotating food truck visit every Wednesday evening in the middle of the neighborhood. There is a home tour in February, a yard sale in October, and Luminarias at Christmas time throughout the entire neighborhood

The house is 15 minutes from Sky Harbor. Walking distance to Light Rail and the Metro. Walking distance to coffee shops and dozens of restaurants, Phoenix Art Museum, Heard Museum. 1 mile (20-minute walk) from the Japanese Friendship Gardens and the Roosevelt downtown district. 10 minute walk to Phoenix Art Museum and Heard Museum. 5 minutes from many hospitals on Thomas Avenue -- Dignity, Barrow, St Joseph's, and Muhammed Ali Hospital.

I am a professional and I work full-time from home. I have an 8-month-old puppy, Lola. She is sweet and friendly. I moved to Phoenix in 2017 from Chicago, Illinois. I still miss my Midwest summers, but I'm getting used to Phoenix's searing summer heat. Having a pool really helps with that.

I am early to rise. I work from home. I occasionally drink. I do not smoke cigarettes.

I usually cook, although eating out or grabbing take out works for busy days.
