Easy going, respectful TCU International grad student looking for accommodations for myself and my bf of several years.. what would be preferred is a large room or master bdrm. that has a private bath.

He is in finance and works from home. We both do not smoke nor have any pets. We both can easily pass any/all background checks required and are in search of a really laid back atmosphere that we can both help to keep clean. He is also an avid cook, so perhaps that's a plus.!
