Hello, I’m currently sharing this very nice condo with someone who is getting ready to move soon.

Looking for a roommate preferably female that shares my desire for authenticity, great communication skills (high EI) who also desires a peaceful home life. Must have at minimum 2 years of solid work history as well as a stable history living with others.

I’m vegetarian, enjoy out door activities, time with friends and family, the arts, I am easy going. I.don’t want to move but I will consider it if it makes sense. I like living with others and alone, however a great roommate can help us live in a nicer home and save money on rent. Historically, I’ve been very fortunate with roommates.

Hello, I’m looking to share a very nice almost completely renovated condo. All hardwood floors. Walk score is 71. Move in fees include first and last month’s rent plus deposit and background check fees. Open communication is important. The property manager is great. I’m very happy living here. I hope to find someone looking for the same things as me. Common areas are respectfully picked up and clean for whomever is home. Must love animals. The grounds are beautiful, heated pool, 2 jacuzzis, outside shower and bathrooms. I feel very safe here.
