Hi! My boyfriend (Rob) and I recently purchased a new construction house that is estimated to be finished and move-in-ready by the end of January. We are both in our early- to mid-20's and have full time jobs. I work in person 5x a week, and Rob works hybrid; 2x from home and 3x in office. We have 2 cats which we adore, so must be pet friendly! With that said, we are not open to having more animals in the house. Rob and I enjoy going out to restaurants, playing outdoor sports, and staying in to watch movies. We are very outgoing and sociable, but also respect others' privacy and boundaries. We also keep our home clean and do not have visitors very often.

It is 1,802 sq. ft that includes 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths. The renter would have 1 bedroom, a full bath, and a loft area that can be turned into his/her living room! Rob and I are both in our early- to mid-20's and have full time jobs. I work in person 5x a week, and Rob works hybrid; 2x from home and 3x in office. We have 2 cats which we adore, so the renter must be pet friendly! With that said, we are not open to having more animals in the house. The amenities include a community pool, as well as a community club house that is in the process of being built! Rent would be $800/month + utilities split in 3rds between the renter, my boyfriend, and myself.
