Maggie B - $1,800/month

Hi! I'm looking for a roommate for an apartment in the city- preferably anything below 15th ST. but open to other areas. I'm originally from North Carolina and have previously lived in NYC, but am moving back as we return to the office. I'm looking for a October move in with a budget of $1800 max. I'll be in the office at least 3 days per week and also teach fitness classes on the side.

I'm no stranger to meeting roommates on social media and am pretty low-key as a roommate. Would ideally like to be friends with my roommate and enjoy going out just as much as a quiet night at home!
