The room has a closet, desk, a mattress on a raised bed frame with under-bed storage, and a headboard with additional storage. Large window with room-darkening shade.
Apartment has 2.5 bathrooms, a dishwasher, laundry, and TV. Furnished - kitchen table and chairs, couch. Each roommate essentially has their own bathroom.
Building has elevators and a 24hr doorman with security cameras.
1 min walk to several bus stations, 3 min walk to the F.
The two other rooms are occupied by two NYU students. Subletter must be a good match for roommates.
