Hello! My name is Emily, I am a 26 year old Humpback whale loving earth sign that is looking for a new lady to live with. I am an open-minded and easy going individual that is looking for a roommate in my breezy bungalow Dyker Heights home. I am independant and love my alone time but would love to exchange conversation over wine, a movie, dinner, or a walk on the Coney Island board-walk. I like to keep the place clean and filled with positive energy! I tend to take trips on the weekend but spend most of my time at home during the week. I love the party but leave the party outside and not bring it home! I am not against guests by any means but ask you be mindful of our neighbors and work hours during the week. I would love to be friends with my roommate but will not be forceful if you tend to keep to yourself! I am 420 Friendly, supportive of all my LQBTQ+ family, and a FOODIE. I love to cook and bake so the likely hood of you having yummy treats frequently is HIGH!

About your future dream home:
A spacious room in a 3-story house breezy bungalow (only 2 other units with 1 person per unit) that includes a separated living room and dining room from all other rooms. I live in a clean space with positive energy and looking for someone who can accommodate that same energy! The living and dining area is a communal space for us to share together or with friends. The house has two doors before our stairs to the unit, live cameras in several areas of the entrance and porch, and ample storage throughout the house. Room also has a larger than usual closet! The bedroom will be fully deep cleaned and empty!
A bit about the neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is the best of both worlds! With the D line being 2 MINUTES from the door to platform and the N being a 15-minute walk, if necessary, there isn't much else you need! Delicious food is all over the neighborhood along with a Target down the street and an AMAZING Italian grocery store with the best food around. Manhattan is a 25-minute train ride and Coney Island is a 15-minute train ride as well. The neighborhood is not only SAFE but missing the regular craziness, dirtiness, and lack of safety that some neighborhoods have in other locations. The neighbors are quiet, we have 3rd Ave in Bay Ridge which is filled with the best restaurants, a good night life, and great transportation. You might be discouraged by the location of neighborhood but believe me when I say this, you will never want to leave. It is a hidden oasis in a messy pool of NYC culture.
