The apartment is on the third floor- no elevator. You’ll have your own bathroom that’s in the hallway right across your bedroom. Laundry is on the same floor, right next to the apartment. 420 friendly- no cigarettes. No pets. There’s a gym and pool over the summer. The leasing office also has office space. I have a tv and small couch in living room and you’re more than welcome to add and make the space yours.
