I work in marketing & graphic design, my brother is a DJ, and my bestfriend works in film.
We collectively are social on weekends though each work during the weeks and maintain a decent balance of space and socializing. The house is large enough that it provides great ability to do both.
We enjoy music, movies, walks, and having drinks and a good BBQ in the summer.
We have a small wiener dog that lives with us, and are open to other pets should you have any.

Cozy bedroom for rent in a 7 bedroom home on Mississauga Rd available April 1st, 2022.
The room is located in a above ground basement accompanied with a spacious living room, semi-private kitchen, fire place, and grand windows making it feel very open and not at all like a basement. You would be sharing the bathroom with one other working male (20). The 3 piece bathroom has a shower, and sauna.
You will also have access to main floor living rooms, dining room, backyard and laundry room.
Currently the house has 4 young professionals residing in it. We're looking for someone who fits in well with the group but also enjoys having their own space.
Asking $1150 plus utilities (approx $100/mo) with room to negotiate. The space will be cleaned and sanitized before your move in date.
