Hey! I'm 34-year-old, and I've lived in NYC for over 5 years. Newly single (which is why I'm looking for a roommate) and currently live in Hell's Kitchen and work in Flatiron.

I have an adorable 2-year-old pup named Buddy who is the sweetest and will be your friend in no time. I work Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm- most nights I'm at the office later than 6 pm. I typically go out at least 1 night a week- either dinner/drinks with friends or lounge/pub/dive bar after work or on the weekend. I'm not into the club scene and won't take the party home. I'm clean and respectful of common areas.

I'm totally cool with the occasional visitor or having friends over, as long as I'm looped in beforehand, and they are respectful to the space. I rarely cook and order Seamless way too much. I'm fun, easy-going and drama free.
