This is a house share with large private bedroom with a half bath (soon to be full bath) for a single person. Access to family room, kitchen, main bath, backyard and laundry room. Located in nice neighborhood across from CVS on Concord St... Will be doing some house updates and current tenant will be moved out by the beginning of June and will available June 5th. The current tenant is moving out by 6/5 and we had another tenant lined up but his plans have completely changed so the 12 moth period is flexible. I am also a tenant that rents the upstairs and am the contractor thats completely redone the house last year.
Must be neat and clean

The other two tenants are myself, a remodeling contractor that rents the upstairs and has recently redone the house. The guy renting the other room downstairs is a software engineer who the other tenant and I have gotten along real good with. The both of us are in our 50's.
