My husband and I are renting a townhouse until July 2023-Dec 2023. We currently have a roommate that’s lived with us for a year. This townhouse is 2400 sqft and so large we can easily accommodate another person.
You would have your own floor, bedroom, 2 closets, private bathroom, parking, and loft that can be a living room and dining room area.
We also have a private patio and yard.
The community comes with a gym, and olympic size pool.
These photos are the model home pictures. The room that is unfinished in the model home is the bedroom, but is obviously finished in our house. It is a massive bedroom, upstairs is basically it’s own apartment.
The area we live in is stunning and the highway entrance is less than a minute away from us. We’re about 20-25 min outside of nashville!
We have a 3 year old golden retriever. My husbands a welder, I own my own business, and our roommate works at a daycare. :)
