Driftwood C - $1,350/month

Furnished Lafayette Bedrooms | Active, Friendly Home Near Boulder

Looking for a comfortable, welcoming home near Boulder with a great balance of community and personal space?

I'm renting two furnished upstairs bedrooms in my owner-occupied Lafayette home:

- **Larger room:** $1,350/month
- **Smaller room:** $1,300/month
- Shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom between the bedrooms

I'm an active, outdoorsy homeowner who enjoys hiking, skiing, yoga, cycling, and exploring Colorado. I share the house with Rocky, my small dog.

I'd love to find housemates who are friendly, considerate, clean in shared spaces, and comfortable with open communication. I enjoy getting to know the people I live with, but also value independence and privacy.

The home is in Lafayette, convenient to Boulder, Louisville, Broomfield, and nearby employment centers. It's a great home base for someone who wants access to the outdoors and the Boulder area without living in the middle of a busy student neighborhood.

Professionals, researchers, and others looking for a comfortable, respectful shared home are welcome.

Tell me a little about yourself, your ideal move-in date, and what you're looking for in a living situation!
