Seeking a room and private bathroom (preferably in a house/condo) in Tempe, AZ. My budget is $500 per month (negotiable with utilities), either month-to-month or on a lease. I work full-time 5 days a week (pay stubs/job references available if needed), I don't smoke/don't do drugs, and rarely imbibe. I have an indoor adult cat (litter-box trained, FIV negative) that I'm willing to pay a deposit for if required. He seems to tolerate smaller dogs, but skittish around other cats. I would describe myself as a quiet home-body, health/fitness conscious, moderately clean, and easy to get along with.
