Housemate Wanted! Camarillo Gated Community
I’m looking for one individual to take over the other half of my current lease in Camarillo. $1400 a month includes your own bathroom, indoor laundry, attached parking. Fridge and washer/dryer already on site! Utilities are around $150/month per person. One dog already in the home so we unfortunately can’t take any more pets.
The property is 3 Bedrooms, 2 baths. You can choose which of the two bedrooms you would rather take, and we’ll use the second as an office. There’s a great yard space, community amenities, and lovely neighbors. Walking distance to Starbucks!
Occupancy starts in July, but interested parties will need to apply and qualify through our property manager by the end of this month.
