Ava L - $2,500/month

Hey! My name’s Ava! I’m from Miami but i’m moving to NYC for a job opportunity. I’ve been interning for a fashion designer all summer and was recently offered a full time position! I’m a very outgoing and open person and I get along well with most people. I love to go out!!! I’m a big music festival/ concert person. I do also enjoy my alone time. I’m very creative by nature. I’m quite good at crocheting though i’m more focused on the business end of fashion. I love to surf, read, write, and I also played electric guitar for a bit! I’m super clean and organized and I take care of my space very well! I am also super into holistic health and I eat very healthy.

My job is in Midtown by bryant park so i’m looking for a place that’s not terribly far from there! I’d ideally like to move in sometime in August. My budget is in the $2,000-2,500 range though I really would like to keep it on the lower end of that.
