Available Room for Rent

I have a room for rent in PLAINFIELD. I am looking for someone interested in offsetting rent for helping me out.

I am a 49 year old male. I have been battling with the side effects of my cancer treatment and I am currently on disability.
I am divorced with a 11 and a 12 year that live with me 50 % plus . I am not able to do some of the daily things to keep the house up. Also I struggle with memory and have a white board with all my appointments. I would need someone to just fill in my appointments weekly. It’s not a lot of work but it would be very helpful and appreciated.
I will only rent to a single female No couples or men. I have a 12 year daughter and neither her or I am comfortable with having a guy here. I am sorry but it is my home and I am trying to make it the best it can be for me and my kids.
I have this ad on 5 different sites so I do expect it to rent fairly quickly. It is a big house and I stay in my room or the garage for the most part so you will have the availability to use more of the house if things are going well.
This is a real ad , not a scam, not some guy looking for a girl for anything extra. I have had so many emails about this and asking stuff like this. I am a good person who is going through a lot. I am trying to open my home up to help someone at the same time help myself. I don’t see anything wrong with this so please if you are not interested don’t send ignorant messages or emails.
