I work 8-5 out of the house during the week. Weeknights are spent mostly at home. Weekends, I'm out hiking, meeting up with my boyfriend and other activities. No crazy frat party weekend parties for me at my place and I expect the same for you. I do have my parents/boyfriend over occasionally for meals and holidays; I would give you plenty of notice. I like to cook with my instant pot every few days and am okay with leftovers.
I do own a cockatiel bird who will be coming with me. I turn on the radio or tv for her when I'm at work. She's quiet between 8pm-8am, as she's "in bed." I'm allergic to cats.
I'm average on cleanliness. I clean up spills immediately and will clean the stovetop and microwave if they're getting gross. I prefer a cleaning schedule to be fair to both of us. I hope you to feel the same.
Casual drinker/non smoker/non drug user. Okay with outside smoker.
A pet peeve is the assumption that clear public spaces need to be filled with personal items permanently. I'm quiet and easy-going; I need my alone time at home but I'm friendly, can make conversation and am happy to watch a movie or go out to lunch occasionally.
