I am a 39yof with two rooms to rent in my house. I live 15 minutes from Boulder and five minutes from downtown Lafayette. I am a working professional who is tidy, quiet and introverted. The reason for no pets is because I already own a french bulldog, english bulldog, and a ragdoll kitty. They love attention and would adopt anyone as a part of their family. Depending on situations I am open to bringing another pet in the house. The rent includes utilities as well. I do also have an unfinished basement space, that could be rented out as well for a bit more but that is up to you and what space you feel the most comfortable in.

Both rooms are approximately 11x13 with a closet in each room. You can rent both or one, and I am amiable to adjusting the rent if you want to rent both rooms. All bedrooms are upstairs, along with a full bath and large laundry room. I also have an unfinished downstairs basement that is approximately 1000sq ft. If you want something larger and a bit more on the industrial feel. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan in it as well.
