I am 63 years old. However my mind says 30's family will say 12 and my body thinks we should be dead. I own a two-bed two bath condo off 6th Ave and Simms/Union in Lakewood. Rent is 950.00 a month includes utilities, cable, and internet. Fully furnished has a portable A/C unit in the room. Unit has a W/D. You would have the hall bath and share only with an occasional guest. I do use flavored vape. I am 420 friendly. I have a senior dog. Easy going not interested in drama. Clean up after yourself and pay rent on time.
