I am 63 years old. However my mind says 30's family will say 12 and my body thinks we should be dead. I own a two-bed two bath condo off 6th Ave and Simms/Union in Lakewood. Rent is 950.00 a month includes utilities, cable, and internet. Fully furnished has a portable A/C unit in the room. Unit has a W/D. You would have the hall bath and share only with an occasional guest. I do use flavored vape. I am 420 friendly. I have a senior dog. Easy going not interested in drama. Clean up after yourself and pay rent on time.

The Condo is 925 sq. ft. The Bedroom that is available is a 10x10 room. Has a portable A/C unit. There is a w/d in unit. Shared kitchen and living room. Main bathroom is the one you would use. If there are guest they too would use that bathroom. The rent includes utilities, cable and high speed internet.
